Okay, so first you have to buy the weed. Do they buy it in a larger amount, like an ounce, and then make money because they sell less for more money. It makes no sense. My boyfriend will spend all his money to reup on weed, sell it, then buy more with the money he makes, how is he making a profit? My mom said to take pictures of each bit of damage and put the pictures on a CD and in the mail, sealed and notorized with a copy sent to the landlord, and then keep a copy for us(but don’t open it).

What is preferred by landlords and court?

I don’t anticipate problems, but I’m just trying to be cautious.

This will also require me to bump out a couple walls to create additional space. I also will have to have some re-wiring and probably some new plumbing installed. I DO NOT want to do all of the projects at one time. I’d rather do a little here and a little there until it is all complete. Who do I hire to come into the house and draw up the changes which i wish to make in the future so I can determine which projects can/should be done before others?
If I hire an architect but do not begin any changes for a couple years then i wouldn’t be paying them a percentage of the costs of reconstruction. Is there some kind of flat fee?

Yesterday morning I awoke to my airconditioner covered in ice (It was at 70 all night so it’s not like it was so cold it froze it/ it’s an OLD air conditioner in an OLD apartment) so I turned the air off so the ice could melt and left the house to do some errands. By the time I came home in the evening it was melted and the air was working fine. This morning I awoke to the same exact thing, air conditioner covered in ice, I need to call my landlord and explain to him what’s wrong so he can have a repair man come take a look at it, what exactly is wrong with my air conditioning? how can I best explain it to him?

**I changed the airfilter to a brand new one last night after the ice from the first morning melted, so i don’t think it’s the air filter because it’s brand new
